One Last Time

Hello everyone! This week was really good! We’ve been able to see miracles all around us. Some highlights... Sister Silver and I felt we should go to our favourite restaurant, "Taco Jesus"... which is strange because we had already gone there this week during exchanges, but we thought, “Whatever, let’s just go.” Was it the Spirit or just our stomachs? Probably just our stomachs. ANYWAYS, we get there, and one of the workers starts talking about how he’s sorry he didn’t come to church last week (we invited him a few weeks ago). Then the other workers started asking questions about church and asked if he could come... and HE DID! I was talking to him after church yesterday, and he asked me why we were there. We explained the funny circumstances that led us there. He looks at me dead in the eyes and says, “I was praying to God that morning to find a church to go to, and this is the first Sunday I’ve had off of work ever.” God truly works in the most mysterious of ways. All in al...

SMILE :)

Hello from Poland :)  I hope everyone is doing well!  This week was really good!  We had some incredible lessons and have some amazing friends right now.  I love having the opportunity to just teach them and talk with them.  It is bitter sweet knowing I'll be on my way home in 15 days... it definitely has caused me to reflect on every moment. I really just can not begin to express my gratitude for serving here in Poland.  I am really just soaking in every lesson and every single moment.  We were able to teach quite a bit this week and all of them were incredible lessons. Our people that we are teaching right now are all so invested and progressing.  One of our friends is getting baptised next week. She has the strongest testimony. Her love for God radiates from her! Her boyfriend is also getting baptised in the next few weeks here! So amazing to see people finding joy in christ. I feel so privileged to be able to hear and see these people's testim...

Prince Edward Island

Dzień dobry!!  This week was so busy and fun!    We had exchanges with the sister from katowice... it was so amazing. I got to spend the day with one of our new sisters and wow. It was so fun to be her comp for the day! We were able to have such miraculous experiences street contacting... found some amazing people and taught some really fun lessons.  It was fun to spend a day teaching in kato again. We got to teach ASIA!!! She is my friend that got baptised a few months ago... that girl is the best! Her and I have some fun plans after the mission together hehe We also had some member lessons this week. One of our Polish members took us out to lunch. It was so fun to talk with her we covered everything from her favourite types of food, Anne of Green Gabels, to temple marriage.... it was quite the convo. It was funny because on the previous Sunday when she heard I was from Canada she was instantly glued at my hip telling me how she really wanted to visit Prince Edward ...

A Lot Of Tears

Dzień dobry!  This week was so good. We had mission conference This week which was incredible. It was so good seeing all the missionaries I've served with and spending time with them.  We got to watch escape from Germany (10/10 recommend)... before which we kicked off the night with a monster with the former office crew.  Sister trost, Atkinson, and I gave our final presentation.... od babć...  Putting our mission experience into four slides with them was so much fun and honestly just incredible. It is so cool to see where our missions have taken us and how far we have all come and will continue to go because of our experiences here and with the saviour.  We were all also able to share our final testimonies... that was far more emotional than I was anticipating... sister trost went first. Instantly sister gliske turned to me and goes "that was a mistake because now you're already gonna be crying by the time you go up"... she was not wrong... I was infact sobbing...

Mission Conference!

Witam w 2025 roku! This week didn't feel real! We went to Warsaw for a two day Mission conference, December 31st and January 1st. It was so much fun to see everyone and grow together spiritually. Siostra Atkinson, Andrews, and I were asked to give a presentation about what we learned on our mission. I love these two sisters with my whole heart and I am grateful that we have been able to serve the past year and a half together. I've learned so much from them.  It is tradition in our mission to give a final testimony at your last zone conference and this mission conference was my last one. As I stood in front of everyone to bear my testimony it didn't feel real. I don't know how I got to this point. It went by way too fast. I bore testimony of my Savior Jesus Christ and how His atonement has changed me this past year and a half. I will probably share more about this at my homecoming so I'll leave you on a cliff hanger until then. I almost got through it without crying...
