Asia’s Big Step And Śląsk Shenanigans

Hello!!
This week was actually insane.... so full of miracles and tender mercies... but I must start with the most incredible event...
Asia got baptised!!! For those of you who do not know... Asia was a friend I met and taught in my last area. Recently she came to Warsaw to visit and we had a great lesson about SO MANY THINGS... including baptism and prayer. Anywayssss last week I got a text from her asking what the next step was and how she can get baptised.... so naturally I cried a lot when I read this text. She had her baptism this weekend and oh my goodness it was incredible. It has been amazing to see her journey. It has just been nothing short of amazing to have seen her with such desire to have a relationship with God and watch that desire grow into a burning testimony. It has been such an honour and a privilege to see her on this journey and I feel so blessed to have her as my friend.
It was also so cool to be back in the śląsk and to be there with sister trost. Her and I have both served there so it was awesome to be back. Road trips across Poland go crazy. We had our string cheese, pretzels, and hummus on the way to Katowice... and on the way back coconut wafers and monsters... its called balance
Other than that, we had a good week. We had exchanges, MLC, filming... the usual.
I love the people I am serving with. I just love being a missionary.

The joy of the gospel is so real. It is incredible to teach people about what you know to be true and what has brought you so much joy... and then they decide to follow the same path. I am so grateful I decided to serve a mission. God is so good.

My spiritual thought today comes from this talk called "I have a work for thee" (EVERYONE should go read this talk it is so good)
in it he says
"My beloved brothers and sisters, I invite each of us to “yield [ourselves] unto God … as instruments of righteousness” (Romans 6:13). Yielding ourselves involves letting Him know we want to be of use, seeking His direction, and accessing His strength."

God can lead and direct our lives. He will lead us to those he would have us love and support. those who are meant to be in our lives and those whose lives He would have blessed and who He would have bless our lives. So long as we are willing to instruments in His hands.
God is always good and seeking to bless us, we just have to be in a position to be able to receive and accept those blessings... and a lot of the time that just means changing our perspective.

Anyways, that is all from this week! I hope you are all doing well.
