Setting Apart Blessing

Campbell Julia Andrews, by the authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of  Jesus Christ, I lay my hands upon your head and set you apart as a full Jme missionary of the  Church of Jesus Christ of LaLer-Day Saints, assigned to labor in the Poland, Warsaw Mission. 

And bless you now that as you are set apart that you are set apart from the world, from your  previous life, from your previous goals and direction. That you are set apart from that world to  now focus on your Savior and represent your Savior and assure you that you are worthy and  able and ready to now serve. That you are loved by your father in heaven and that you have  many here that love you and support you and that will be praying for you. 

I bless you that you will be able to quickly transiTIon and focus. That you will be determined and  of one mind to the responsibility that you have. That you will understand that you are now  authorized as His full Jme representative. That you are to go on his behalf that you are to  extend the invitaTIon to come unto Christ and be baptized and confirmed and to receive the  covenants that will save these individuals. 

I bless you that you will have confidence and strength to extend these invitaTIons. That you will  be in tune with the spirit to know exactly what to say and what to do. I bless you that your mind  will be clear. That it will be free of worry and concern. That it will be free of other thoughts and  worldly thoughts. That your mind will be open and recepTIve to the direcTIon of the spirit and  the prompTIngs of the spirit. That you will understand the giU of the Holy Ghost that you have.  That will be the most important thing that you carry. 

I bless you that you will be quickly responsive to the message of the spirit as it comes to you.  That you will alter your direction, your course. That you will know the words to say in the  moment. That you will speak up and be confident in difficult situaTIons and be at peace with the  words and the things that you do as the spirit directs.  

I bless you that you will be at peace and free of anxiety and worry and that you will carry with  you calm and comfort. I bless you that you will be physically watched over. That your body will  be strong and able. That you will be able to withstand illness and sickness. That you will be in  situaTIons where there will be trials of illness and human suffering and that you will be able to  be strong and protected. 

I bless you that you will be able to learn this language - quickly. That you will be able to retain as  you study and work that you will be able to remember and that the learning of the Polish  language will come to you. It will come through effort and take Jme, but it will be strong, and you will be able to speak and share and deliver your thoughts and feelings and be heard and 

understood. That you will be able to teach well and teach effecTIvely and find the words and at  James find the ability to speak when you haven’t known exactly what it is or how to say it and  that you will be fully assured that this will be the case. That you will be connected with others  from many other places with other languages and that you will have the ability to gain an  understanding and an ability to speak as you teach others from other places. That you will be assured that you have the giU of tongues. That you have received divine help as you prepare  and as you pray in the moment of need. 

I bless you that you will be able to expand your gospel knowledge. That you will retain the  things that you have learned. That you will bring back to your memory experiences that you  have had and things that have strengthened your tesTImony and that your knowledge of the  gospel and tesTImony will grow and strengthen throughout your mission. I bless you that will be  the case and that you will retain that and carry it with you and build that throughout your life.  

I bless you that you will have a great ability to help others. Watch over others. That your heart,  your good heart will be seen. That as you lose your life, as you lose your previous direcTIon and  focus fully on individuals and people in need that they will feel that love and that they will  respond to that. And that you will be able to help many and liU many and watch over many. That you will be in a unique place with people that are suffering with many challenges. That you  have been hand selected to go to this place because of the ability and experiences that you  have and the character that you have built that you will be able to help others, and help other  missionaries, and help and strengthen other missionaries and lead out over others. That  ulTImately the spirit will be with you that it will direct you to help you stay safe and stay  protected as you respond to the spirit and to help you find the one individual that is waiTIng for  you. 

I bless you with strong and good relationships with your mission president and wife and other  missionaries. That you will be sensitive and caring and compassionate and gain great  relaTIonships throughout your mission. That this will be a life changing experience for you, one that is key to the growth and purpose that you have here on earth. That you will be very in tune  and very connected to your savior and appreciaTIon for his atonement and this will be the core  message that you share with others. I bless you with great joy and happiness. Greater than  you’ve had ever in your life. That you will have wonderful relaTIonships that you will gain that  will be eternal. That you will change the lives of many individuals and in turn, change your own  life. That you will become a new person through this experience and have great appreciaTIon for  the blessing to serve and that your influence will be felt not only in Poland but here at home  with others here that will see and follow the example that you are se,ng. 

Again, I bless you with protecTIon, safety, an abundance of the spirit to guide and direct and  peace and comfort and the love of the savior as you carry His message to these important  people.
